Boss is the teacher of employees and the one who sets rules for them.

Suspect the people who employ and employ the people that you suspect, or it means you aren’t confident.

Trust has two meanings:

1.     Trust people and employ them

2.     Experts and scholars are two different things; the latter can be acquired by learning and the former only by doing.

We must distinguish between the character and moral quality. Do not suspect other's moral quality due to different characters, learn to be tolerant. Everyone has its own characters and this makes up a perfect team. If all the staff talks about dreams every day as I do then the company will go nowhere.

The world does not need one more internet company nor does it need one more company that makes money. What the world needs is a more open and transparent, more sharing, and more responsible, more global company. The world needs a company that comes from society, serves society and dares to take responsibility for a future society. The world needs a kind of spirit, a belief, kind of undertaking. Only with these, can we go further, better and more comfortable in the hard entrepreneurship (21/2/2011)
 

If today we don’t have the courage to face reality, to bear the consequence and to bite the bullet; adhering to the dream and vision………. It would be empty talk and a joke.

There is no desperate situation, only the desperate man to the situation.

There are only 7 music notes but musicians are numerous and they’re able to write a new song. Is it more innovative? Innovation is endless and continuous with a difference of difficulty.

Today there are many negative blundering moods in society. Many people doubt everything, attack everything, deny everything, and always want to impose their one-sided view on others. Many media excessively use “punishing the evil” as a means rather than “supporting the good and removing the evil”, which damages people’s belief that someone in the world would want to do good things and want to do good work

The so-called synergy is for you to change yourselves to adapt to others, if it not good, no problem. The problem is you think it is very good. All strategies are gambling but not all gambling is strategies.

To live better, move more; to live long, move less; to live longer and better, move slowly – Taiji.

A deaf heard a mute say a blind saw a ghost.

Steps to pass a system:

1.     Enlighten them with reason

2.     Motivate them with emotions

3.     Convince them with courtesy

4.     Bring them to justice if not obeyed

“Work happily and live seriously.”

Bring a smile back home after work every day and bring happiness and wisdom of life back to work the next day…….. a person who doesn’t work hard is unlikely to have a better life, but a person who doesn’t understand the meaning of life can’t work well either!

Faith is being grateful and reverent. Lacking faith will affect our mentality. If our mind is changed our form is changed and in turn, our ecological nature will be changed too.

Not all our anger came from evil doings. We’re angry because people are indifferent to bad behaviors.

Our life doesn’t belong to us; our life is closely linked with all the lives throughout the world.
