The must-haves for the next generation of leaders:
One of the things that concerns me a great deal is that business leaders are not trusted. B-schools have to accept some of that responsibility for looking for candidates who are not just smart analytically but are also people who have the right kind of character, the right values and the sense of purpose to make a difference. It's not about behaving like you're the smartest person in the room. Leaders should be able to bring about collective diversity which starts with the assumption that we're stronger because we're together and we're different. When people believe you care about them something amazing happens. Supportive ambition is really important............
