We think leadership is running the family, organizations and various institutions.
But leaders are everywhere. It is the leaders perceptions on limitations.
Leaders can be made but some have the traits inherent in them. They are gifts of God.
Nations go silent when some leaders like the one in the video below leave this land, the entire country mourns and together they pray for his soul to rest in peace.
Whats so great of this leader?
He was very happy and passionate despite the limitations he was born with.
There are lessons to be learned from this leader..
He believed and lived true to this statement :
"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it" .......Ferris Bueller
This "Gentleman" who was just 17 years of age proved through his own life that "being Brave, it is supposed to be an easy way to keep moving forward."
His favorite quote: "Around here.... we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward opening up new doors and new things."...Walt Disney.
He believed that he can change the world ...indeed by his own example showed how to be happy by making adjustments and doing "Can Do" projects, Leaving the "Can't do"
He left his foot prints in the 17 years of his life.
His message for the leaders to be:
1. Be OK with what you ultimately can't do, because there is so much you can do. Put things in the can do category by making adjustments.
2. Surround yourself with people you want to be around.
3. Be brave, it is supposed to be the easy way to keep moving forward and finally,
4. Never miss a party if you can help it.
