A leader has to have an unique style of influence and motivation. His/her USP must be different and attract followers.

A leader has to be good... but cant be very good and cannot be good always.....to retain power the leaders have to be strategic.....diplomatic ......and extend friendships to their enemies also.

Leaders must follow the Godly values that is rich in character such as integrity, honesty, humility These qualities adds rich intrinsic values to the leaders.

Leaders have to involve the followers to be participative and seek there consensus before implementation of any new schemes or project.....keeping everyone in the loop is very important for a leader.

Leaders are not always good guys .......they can also be bad guys ..........the situation determines whether the leader is an Asura or a Deva..

While in power the leader should ensure that the fear component is not eliminated among the followers. A democratic leader sometimes have to be a dictator also.....because the buck stops at the leaders door.

It is not important how late a leader comes or what he does ...what is important is how he does it....the leaders initiatives must be relevant to the current scenario...and challenges.

Leadership is also hardwork..... there is no substitute for hard work...... If the leaders do not burn the midnight oil how will the followers be inspired.....leaders have no choice but to work hard.

Literal translation: Finished. Finished. What`s done is done.
Leaders must be consistent not changing their view points repeatedly, leaders must analyze all perspectives and decide .....once decided and expressed that is final. reverting back or changing the course will only lead to confusion.
